Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order on KiddoStoryBook. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on kiddostorybook.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Personalization
KiddoStoryBook offers personalized storybooks for children. When placing an order: • You are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (child's name, photo, etc.) are accurate. • We will print exactly what you provide. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information supplied by you. • Book designs, illustrations, and layouts are the intellectual property of KiddoStoryBook and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Orders and Payment
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. • Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order. • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• We offer free shipping across India on all orders. • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation. • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, etc.). • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. • Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. Redelivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address.
5. Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before personalization begins. • Once production of your book has started, cancellations cannot be accepted. • To cancel, contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +91 70163 23282.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including illustrations, text, brand identity, and book designs — is the exclusive property of KiddoStoryBook. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Upload or submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others • Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
8. Limitation of Liability
KiddoStoryBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
