Because every KiddoStoryBook is made uniquely for your child, personalized items are generally non-returnable — similar to how a custom-printed photograph cannot be returned. However, we stand fully behind our quality and will make things right if something goes wrong on our end.

We print exactly what you submit. Typos in your order are not covered.

Change of Mind
Personalized books cannot be returned for a change of mind.
1. When We Will Reprint for Free
We will reprint your book at no extra charge in the following cases: • The book contains a printing error (wrong text, missing pages, colour issues) that was caused by us • The book was damaged during delivery (visible damage on arrival) • The wrong book was sent to you To claim a free reprint, please email us within 7 days of receiving the book at [email protected] with: 1. Your order number 2. A clear photo of the issue 3. A brief description of the problem We will review and ship your replacement book within 3–5 business days.
2. Refunds
We offer a full refund in the following cases: • Your order was never delivered and has been confirmed lost by the courier • We are unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Note: Partial refunds are not available for personalized items.
3. What is Not Covered
We are unable to offer refunds or reprints for: • Errors in the personalization details you submitted (incorrect child's name, low-quality photo uploaded) • Change of mind after the book has been printed • Delivery delays beyond our control (extreme weather, public holidays, remote locations) • Minor colour variations between screen and print (normal in all print-on-demand products)
4. Order Cancellations
